THE STUDIO
Allie Carvajal is a Creative Director (art) shaped by traditional agencies and roles, yet defined by her instinct to think strategically, see the larger picture, and question the why beyond the bounds of the brief. While wearing multiple hats and thinking big picture wasn’t the traditional ad-school path when she began, it has become a core strength as the way teams work and create has evolved.
A 14-year agency veteran (Leo Burnett, Energy BBDO, FCB), Allie brings the rare combination of five years in account management followed by nine years rising through the creative ranks. This dual background gives her an uncommon blend of strategic and client-centered thinking, paired with strong roots in art direction, design, and concepting. She has applied these skills to lead an in-house creative team spanning product design, strategy, and marketing.
As a Creative Director, storytelling—visual and beyond—is her craft. For brands, she builds stories grounded in insight and elevated with intention and craftsmanship. She is drawn to those human truths that resonate with real life and create connection, then extends that narrative across every touchpoint to form a cohesive, crafted brand experience.
Throughout her career, Allie has touched every facet of 360 campaigns: film, print, signage, social, activations, brand guidelines, and photo libraries. She has also accumulated extensive production experience across film/live action, animation, CGI, stop motion, conceptual photography, product photography, food-focused content, influencer work, and experiential activations.
She is available for concepting, art and design direction, brand strategy consultation, and content creation or curation.
Outside of work, Allie can usually be found chasing after a toddler, relearning life skills like “putting on a shirt,” googling how to fix household things (currently: a screen door), attempting to meditate, spoiling her blind cat named Empanada, and exploring the food and culture of the city.
